Born in Malaysia, shaped in Australia, and now living in Norway with my husband and our two kids. Somewhere along the way, I found the thing that actually lit me up: helping business owners build structure, sustainability, and freedom through better systems.

I'm a trained Online Business Manager with over 15 years of experience in administration and business operations. My work is about turning operational chaos into calm, organised systems that support your growth instead of draining your time and energy. What I love most is helping practitioners focus on the work they're actually here to do, without getting stuck in messy back end tasks, clunky tools, or processes that fight them at every turn.

Funnily enough, I never pictured a career built around systems and operations. I've always been a free spirit at heart, drawn to creativity and ideas. But somewhere along the way, I found I had a real knack for blending that creativity with organisation, and that mix is still the foundation of everything I do.

With a degree in Communications, Media and Culture and experience across Health and Wellness, Broadcasting, Energy, and Workplace Rehabilitation, I bring a strategic, people first perspective to my work. I understand how teams function, how workflows actually get used, and how to build systems that support the humans running them, not just the business on paper.

Today, I get to do what I love most: help solo health practitioners build systems that give them back time, space, and freedom to focus on the work that matters.
